Unfortunately, the Halo Array does count. Those seven weapons could all be destroyed by technology of the Star Wars universe. The Forerunners are much more advanced than the Star Wars universe, and the Precursors even more so. Like I said, the technology might be helpful, but the only real threats that the Star Wars universe has to use are the Yuuzhan Vong and the Force. And while the Mandos pretty much solo the UNSC and Covenant with only their fists and without armor and while asleep, they can only do so much.
