That doesn't mean Star Wars wins at all. The Forerunners created the Halo Array, arguably more powerful than any of those super weapons, and the Precursors were even more powerful. Technology will help the Star Wars universe, but it won't defeat the Haloverse with those. Also, I think you might have confused galaxies with solar systems. Galaxies don't have "a star". The Halo Array destroys all life in an entire galaxy, while those only effect much smaller areas.
