Darth Vitiate could solo. He has the potential to be immortal (If he performs a ritual). The ritual that he needs involves consuming all life in the universe to become even stronger (Similar to Nihilus, but more powerful). He can cripple minds and force them to do his bidding (He took over Revan's mind after the Mandalorian Wars). He can even make clone copies of himself.
