Sometimes, I've been thinking in Matt Smith's voice. It's actually getting a bit annoying.
So anyway, having finally started watching Season 6, can someone tell me if there is a reason given for how Amy and Rory survived being shot in the second episode?
They're shot and put in the body bags and everything, then suddenly get up fine and climb out.
Also, why all the secrecy and pretending to kill them if Nixon was on the Doctor's side?
Were they just trying to convince the Silence that Amy and Rory were killed?

Think about how the Silence work; you forget about them the second you look away. That allows them to be in any place they need to be without being detected because you never remember they were there.
