So if you're new to Destiny or just wanting more information, check out this video. But while you're here I'll just give a quick summary of what I saw. Firstly, for those of you who enjoy things like Star Wars or Doctor Who this game has it's share of sci-fi influences, but it also has some fantasy in it as well. Pretty much, don't be surprised when a space wizard takes your head off with his sniper rifle Second, Destiny's world will change over time. Things like large public events as well as small events will change the very world around you. You may play for a week straight and come back two weeks later and things will be different Thirdly, how many of you hate getting a care package on CoD and someone else takes it? Well you won't have to worry about that in Destiny. Characters get their own specific loot drops with special armor and weapons in them, so be as selfish as you want, it's ok Fourth, weapons and armor improve while you play the game. Weapons have their own talent trees with specific upgrades. Halfway through a fire fight you may suddenly start blasting nasties away with a fully automatic shotgun. Who knows? And last but certainly not least, for those of you who are like me and are curious about the voice talent in video games, here's a treat, Mr. Bill Nighy, better known to some as Davy Jones from the Pirates series, has given his voice to bring this game more to life.
