Just take a look at the last episode...
It's possibly the worst ending of such a great show that I've ever seen. They cancelled it when they were probably writing such a good story arc to bring back Terra; it just leaves so many questions. And this new Teen Titans Go isn't so great either. What do you guys think?

Edited by Edmi Wohusee: 7/10/2013 1:07:33 AMI watched the entire first season the other day. Fantastic show. Brought back a lot of memories. I'm actually pretty fond of Teen Titans Go. It's pretty funny, IMHO. Nowhere near the quality of the original, but still better than lots of other current cartoons out there today.

The last episode of Teen Titans was one of the best series finales I've ever seen. In the end, five seasons is a great run, and even episodes that were somewhat weak could still be entertaining. They found a perfect mixture of serious action tone and Looney Tunes slapstick and kept it the whole way through. Not many series, especially kids shows, can say they were of real quality from the first episode to the last.

Edited by Adamal123: 7/10/2013 8:14:33 AMEdit to make more sense: Why did they change Deathstrokes name to his first name, Slade?
-
*spits out tea* THAT WAS THE LAST EPISODE?!? YOU'RE KIDDING!
-
I still want to know who "poisoned" Robin's mask and made him start seeing Slade.
-
I'd have preferred that they stuck with Young Justice and not have it cancelled it to be replaced with "Go!" The original series for Teen Titans was great and Raven was my favorite. What they really should've done, considering that Cyborg is a member of the Justice League already (in one of the universes), and Beast Boy and Dick were already in Young Justice, is add in Raven and Starfire and thicken the plot a bit, maybe. -blam!-, I hate that unintentional cliffhanger due to cancellation. And shit, I wish my insomnia wasn't crap
-
I honestly prefer it getting a short ending instead of it being plagued by the disease that are the Cartoon Networks writers these days. It wasn't a great ending, but it's better than the show becoming shit.

All of my feels.

Well, CartoonNetwork has been very cruel to many shows that I really enjoyed. Teen Titans was just another victim next to Megas XLR and Young Justice.
-
Raven's story line, that was a good chunk of episodes.
-
I loved the series. That last episode, while it did focus on my favorite character Beast Boy, it just kind of hit you in the gut about how life actually works. Not only do things change, but so do people. That's the message they were trying to get across with Terra coming back. I don't hate the episode, I actually like it. I just don't like that the series ended with so much potential. Not only that, but they go through all the trouble of bringing back the same characters and voice actors for something like Teen Titans go. They should of left it alone and kept Young Justice if that's what they were going to do.
-
I think Young Justice's cancellation was a much bigger tragedy.
-
*sigh* I miss Teen Titans... Teen Titans Go doesn't really do it for me...
-
Also Teen Titans Go is just terrible.
-
Great show, but the ending sucked. And TTG is nowhere near as good.
-
Teen Titan Go is for retards practically .
-
That's so weird, 2 days ago I started rewatching Teen Titans, and I thought the same thing 2003-2006 wasn't long enough.
-
Starfire and Beastboy sucked. A *lot.*
-
I hated Beastboy. There has never been a more annoying voice. Cyborg was awesome though.
-
I'm still wondering who Red X is... And don't give me that "He's obviously Jason Todd" bs.
-
you mean after raven destroys everything and because a demon? cuz i don't seem them coming back after that.
-
Edited by DarkestSeptagon: 7/10/2013 1:19:36 AMI loved that show, is the whole series on Netflix?
-
As much as I love the original Teen Titans, TTG is sooo very funny.
-
To be fair as someone who was an avid fan of the original, it definitely had more substance and a greater story because it was actually following a line unlike TTG, but Go is still funny to watch, i find it dumb that it turned into a sit-com of sorts with there being no story, but it's entertaining to watch based on how bad i though it would be when i first heard of it. The original does need to be continued in some way besides that movie that it had, but i wouldn't have a clue what to write it on so no idea if they will actually get something out of it.
