I want to condust a little test ... *read post before voting in poll*
Living in US also applies to any country where guns are readily available to obtain legally.
Living outside the US is any place where guns are either flat-out banned, or very hard to get.
Also, please state why.

Well, its not so simple. In the USA there are SO many guns that a gun ban would never work. In the UK, there is no gun culture and introducing guns would be only harmful. So... if you have guns, keep em, if you don't, don't get some.
