Well, when you say 'gone through', do you mean Xbox's that have died, or will this include ones sold on to buy others?
I've only ever had 2 that have died on me, both being the premium 20GB Xbox's.

Halo Reach LE Xbox - Traded in for Halo 4 Xbox.
Halo 4 LE Xbox - Still got.
