Anyone think Microsoft would see money in a sequel to ODST? It could involve the team from ODST being deployed on The Ark or further past the events of Halo 3.
The reason I ask is because it seems they aren't doing the logical Halo 2 Anniversary which would no doubt do really well.
Halo certainly will be bringing in a lot of $$$ in the future regardless - not mine though.

ODST was a spinoff of the highest quality. Many people feel, and perhaps rightfully so, that it shouldn't have been a $60 title due to its relatively short campaign experience, but that was Microsoft, not Bungie- and Bungie did get MS to let them bundle all Halo 3 DLC with it, which was still at a $30-$40 value at the time. The problem there was that most people had it all except for Mythic 2, though. ODST had an amazing score, Sadie's Story was fantastic, great voice acting, atmosphere, superb gameplay, and introduced Firefight which out of ODST, Reach, and H4 Spartan Ops is still the best variant of it in the series. I recognize all that. But the fact of the matter is that it was done so well and so beautifully that any attempt to spin off of THAT spinoff would just come off as hollow and cheap. I would be disappointed, and I hope I see nothing like it again from the Halo series.
