I think this is the last thing I'll do with this character for a while. The first thing he came from was when my friend went to the shitter and I got bored and started doodling something, and the other was an actual idea of sorts. This is just sort of to cap him off I guess. I even gave him a lil' story to go along with him. He's basically one of World War 2 or Cold War times best russian soldiers (Can't really decide which one to go with as he is frozen immediately after) Probably going with Cold War though since he is more a more American hating Soviet (bear with me, I know nothing of history) Anyway, he is frozen so that he can be brought back when he can and when needed. But the project was abandoned and someone left the lights on so centuries later he is found by American researchers who find that he was the only one who's brain they could save. They brain wash him, put him in a robot and use him as a police officer/Swat sort of guy. Over time he slowly re-discovers his past and eventually rebels against those who made him. This will eventually tie into other characters that I will think up I guess. And as always, I'd like tips, tricks etc. I'm new to making backgrounds so I'd like some advice on that too :D
