ICE cyber crime center virus
My parent's laptop has been locked up by the "ICE cyber crime center" virus, and after calling tech support and trying to get rid of it, nothing changed. Can anyone help me at all in getting rid of it?

YOU NEED A CLEAN PC FOR OPTION 3! Option 3 worked for me, but it was 5 or 6 months ago. It may be updated.

2 RepliesFor some reason this sounds familiar to something my brother got on his laptop. You have some sort of virus from visiting "less-than-legitimate" websites. The easiest course of action is to use a System Restore (assuming you're on Windows).
