Too much Halo?

As we all know Halo is amazing! A classic FPS that will be remembered by generations to come. But, has it become a marketing tool for Microsoft? I believe (Just my opinion here) that the overproduction of Halos (Halo:Spartan assault, Halo: Bootcamp, and Halo 5) show proof that Halo has just become another money maker for big game producers. Of course there was plenty of merchandise before but all of that was just what Bungie did. They spread the story out of your T.V into your books and toys. Leave a comment on what you think. Don't forget to click Mitchthetroll and follow me for more info on upcoming games.

  • As humans we're driven by things like greed, that want for more. What helps us is a focus, philosophically. We constantly re-use, re-treat, recycle... then re-contaminate, everything we thought we loved. Keeping franchises small and "reality" big is ever increasing everywhere, yes, even video games. It is my opinion that strong science-fiction is important to all of us. It always has been, so why limit it when good things come to pass. We've always been onto the next big thing, what happens when we run out of ideas? What happens when there isn't anything up that hill. Food for thought.
