What religion would you erase from existence?
If you could erase one religion from ever existing, which would it be? That means nobody will ever be that religion or know about that religion, and all religious actions in the past by members of that religion will go away (Example: If you vote Christianity, the Crusades never would have happened. If you vote Islam, 9/11 never would have happened).

I voted for Judaism. Not because I have anything against Jews, but rather so they wouldn't have to go through the persecution they've faced.

18 RepliesHard to say: Without Christianity, I'd have several friends who would presumably be atheist instead. That would be nice. But then without Islam, a lot of modern wars and acts of terror wouldn't have happened.

Zoroastrianism, basically one of the oldest religions in existence and the base for pretty much all of modern religion nowadays. That way, we wouldn't have to deal with "omg christianity/islam is better" on a daily basis. Why Hinduism and Buddhism are up there in polls, I will never know.

I'm not so self righteous that I think getting rid of a religion would be a good idea.

I wouldn't get rid of any of them. Sure I don't agree with the other religions out there, but that doesn't mean I want them gone. Choice is good.

Removing one would severely change the population. Your ancestors may have met each other through their religion. Even a two second change in the past could later which sperm makes it. Removing one will likely kill you.
