Well you should sit in one of the chairs and open your legs.

I swear back in the day I tried that mission so many times over and over, then one day I watched some guy on youtube go through it - I went home and tried it and I got it first go. Dat feel bro. Dat feel.

Getting 1000G in that game is still one of my most proud gaming accomplishments, weirdly I didn't find Mile High Club as difficult as No Fighting In The War Room, it's so short you just need to keep practicing, learn the patterns, get accurate and wait for a lucky run.
-
Yeah, that's the one achievement on that game that I still don't have. I've come close twice, but it just got too rage inducing for me.
-
give up.

youtube video, learn spawns, memorize the steps and patterns, practice until perfect execution. you ONLY need to make it to the hostage room in time. after that, your timer is reset so you can take the shot(one chance to get it right) and jump out. it seems hard to do, but it just takes practice. MHC wasn't near as bad as WaW on veteran, AKA call of 360* constant raining grenade spam between MG nest chokepoints.

Just keep doing it over and over and you'll learn their pattern. The one time I beat it I had ten seconds left.
-
Throw a flash bang into the first group of enemies, grab a shotgun. Run towards the side where the airplane opens up and hide behind cover is just barely taller than you when you crouch and throw a flash bang. Use your shotgun. Run up the stairs, before heading into the next room throw a flash bang, and clear the room. After clearing the room, throw a flash bang into the next area and clear it. Lastly, watch out for the last guy before the "final boss", he has a shotgun so react quickly. Aim for the head.
-
Flashbangs are absolutely vital. Use them. After that, it's basically just trial and error. Figure out what works for you one painstaking step at a time. I haven't actually completed it, but I got to the final doors with 8 seconds to go and they just would not open for some reason. No idea why. 8 seconds is a balls-achingly long time when your mind is racing. I shouted, I cried, I banged my controller on the floor, I never tried again. I'd give yourself at least an hour to do it. It won't be over quickly.

Here are a few good tips! 1. Go in knowing you can do it! 2.Cry softly
-
Don't pick up any weapons. All you need is what you start with. You should have 22+ seconds left when you get to the stairs. flashbang placement is everything. It took me a while to get it, and it really is practice makes perfect.

I once got real close ... but after a few hours I trying I was like "I'm done".
