WWII shooters used to be pretty huge. Which is your favourite?

Battlefield 1942. World of Tanks.

I remember when WWII shooters were as rampant as bacteria. Then Modern Warfare came on the scene, and now it's the WWII shooters that are a rarity.

MoH paratroopers. That wasn't the exact name but someone should recognize the game.

WaW's gib factor made it the most convincing WWII game I've ever played as well as just being genuinely fun with good levels and intense as well. I wish we'd get more WWII games now that systems have to power to truly make them gigantic and horrifying.

I really want some new WWII shooters this gen. As far as my favorite, I would say either CoD2:BRO or BiA:EiB. I played the crap out of both of those on the original Xbox although not as much as Halo 2.

Either CoD 2 or CoD WaW

The old Call of Duty games were pretty fun...and pretty hard. I kinda miss the days of WWII games. It's as if they were just gone in a flash.

Call of Duty Finest Hour.

Pikmin

WAW was solid
-
Metal of Honor Allied Assault I had a lot of fun with.
-
Medal of honor: Rising Sun
-
Only WWII game I've played is CoD: WaW.

Battlefield 1942 Probably, because I used to play it a lot in my early teens.
