Depends if I know the person. If my girlfriend was hanging off a ledge and no one was there to help her up, but at the same time a bus full of orphans was slowly sliding off the cliff I would save my girlfriend. I don't know these orphans(which are probably damaged anyway) and if I lose her I'll probably be scarred for life. -blam!- those kids, they don't matter to me.
