Bungie, I doubt you're reading this, but I got nothing better to do on a Friday night.
Now, we already know that microtransactions will be in the game (it was probably inevitable with a game of this magnitude and awesomeness), but please do not make Destiny turn into another "Pay to Win" game.
In the end, that would just totally ruin the whole Destiny experience for a lot of us future Guardians! Because let's face it, there'll always be that snobby little rich kid who basically buys his way to victory, which gives him a huge boost over a large majority of players.
Also, I personally don't want this game to turn into a "Hat Simulator" (a la TF2), or anything remotely similar. Trading is fine, don't get me wrong, but when items become more important to players than the actual game, then we have a problem. I don't want to be playing, and next thing you know, I have some moron follow me wherever I go, just to trade me a Cloak I intended to keep.
What are your thoughts?

Wait, when did they say Microtransactions would be in the game? :o

I think one of the best distinguishers Destiny has is that it is a more skilled based game, meaning a rich kid can buy all the armor in the world, but without growing up and learning how to aim, he won't get very far. We, on the other hand, can fight our way up, earning our weapons and learning their strengths and weaknesses, and aim for head shots.

I figured they would just release regular DLC for $20+ dollars every few months, micro-transactions never crossed my mind, how would they be implemented?
