Gorilla Tape: A new contender with a rubbery black coating. Gorilla tape is basically modified duct tape. However, gorilla tape has an adhesive layer 2 to 3 times thicker than duct tape, allowing it to stick to rough surfaces with ease. Also, the two layers of fabric on the tape is slightly offset allowing it to but up to 145% stronger than duct tape, preventing premature tearing. However, Gorilla tape is a relatively new contender and has yet to prove itself.
So, which do YOU think is the superior Macgyvering tool? The champion, or the challenger?
