FOTC confirmed as Forces Of The City
At 30 seconds into the gameplay trailer on the Multimedia page if you can pause to see the underside of the dropship on the side it says FOTC, next to that is a designation number 1463A5 and below that on what looks like some sort of stabilizer is clearly written Forces Of The City. Check it out for yourselves.

Impressive find good sir, I've watched the video at least half a dozen times to find thing like this and found even though I found some, yet this little spoil wouldn't have been found by me after watching the E3 gameplay video a thousand times.
