If a forum moderator was a real job with a salary...
How much do you think they would get paid and how much do you think they should get paid depending how big the forum is?

[u]Pay Scale per Ban[/u] $(1+n) baseline where n is years after join date. $10 premium for heroic members. $40 premium for legendary members. $100 premium for mythic members. $500 premium for other ninjas. $1000 premium for Bungie employees. [u]Multipliers[/u] x2 if account is confirmed alt. x(1+N^1/n), where N is the length of the ban and n is number of years since join date.
