I've seen this argument used a lot, that DRM is similar to Steam.
But see, the difference between Steam and DRM is that YOU DON'T NEED TO BE ALWAYS CONNECTED TO USE STEAM.
Honestly, this argument misses the actual issue we have with DRM.
Steam games don't need internet to work. You can play games offline. I haven't connected my Steam to the internet in like three months. Xbox One would only give you 24 hours.
So please, stop making that comparison (even though it isn't prevalent on Bnet).

Comparing something does not make them identical. Usually the differences are why you compare.

Xbox One is a bridge between last gen and the only-digital gen. Things are a bit shaky, but later on down the line, I see Microsoft having their console without a disc drive and delivering deals like Steam.

Steam is a free service. Steam has great deals.
