I just completed dishonored for practically the fourth time and I'm looking for something new now.
Series I have completed:
Mass Effect
Halo
Borderlands
Gears of War
God of War
Elder Scrolls
Call of Duty
Fallout
Ninja Gaiden
Battlefield
Uncharted
Assassin's Creed (up to brotherhood)
I prefer good campaigns to good multiplayers. In fact, I'm not looking for online play at all, just good stories or fun campaigns. I prefer open/semi-open worlds and/or karmic based games(like dishonored, fallout or mass effect) are a bonus to me.
I have ps3 and 360, but not a PC.
Give me suggestions. Good campaigns. Long campaigns. Interesting campaigns. Don't me give me up flood, don't let me down, don't run around and desert me.

Edited by OmegaCircuit: 6/14/2013 9:38:42 PMThe Metal Gear series. Also the Knights of the Old Republic games if you're okay with turn-based RNG combat.
-
Bishock Dark Souls Batman Arkham Asylum and City Some of my favorite games. Definitely should give a try on all of these.
-
Darksiders. Only played 2, for the record. Don't need to play the first one to enjoy it. Spec Ops The Line. Can you say soul crushing grimness? One of the best single player campaigns, but if you don't like grim or dark stories avoid this one. Metro 2033 and/or Last Light. Like fallout, but in the Moscow subway. An enjoyable single player campaign with good action. You can get the first game for dirt cheap on Steam if you are considering it. Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I heartily recommend this one. Excellent gameplay, characters and plot. Great replay ability. If you did into it, this game will reward you.
-
Tales of Vesperia is a great JRPG. 60+ hour single player storyline.
-
You say you have completed these games, but a funway to boost their replay value is to try and get every acheivment in a game. It is a very rewarding feeling, and an awesome bragging right.
-
Imma be that guy that suggests Metro. It even has an alternate ending based on what kind of choices you make, but the choices aren't particularly clear. Just be generous, and explore as much as you can

Edited by Big Boss : 6/14/2013 8:47:47 PMMetal Gear Solid series. TRUST ME BRO IT'S GREAT. Very deep and complex story.
-
Metal Gear Solid series
-
Half Life. The first one is free and with updated under the mod Black Mesa and the series helped define and pave the way first person shooters in the years after.
-
DmC: Devil May Cry is definitely my personal favorite. Great story, awesome gameplay, plenty of difficulties to keep you busy. The HD Collection is great as well... just skip the second game though. Spec Ops: The Line's story is unique compared to many shooters out there. You'd have to play to find out why.

Ratchet & Clank

Edited by Swim Good: 6/13/2013 2:20:35 PMState of Decay is a must buy. There's a few technical issues with it but they don't spoil what is an enthralling sandbox style game. XCOM, Dark Souls and The Witcher 2 are the others I'd recommend.
-
The entire Bioshock series is one of my favorites by far!
-
Dark Souls
-
Want to help me out on Gears of War 2?
-
It's good you stopped playing AC after Brotherhood because it just goes down hill from there lol but I too have been looking for a game to play so I am of no use
-
Edited by Zulin: 6/13/2013 7:25:45 AMSerious Sam 3 - Nevermind, it was PC only... could have sworn it was for Xbox 360 also. Devil May Cry HD is fun, three games, I'd skip the second one though. The new DMC game is fun. Fable The Lost Chapters is amazing, It's on the marketplace.

Edited by DarkSpyda04: 6/13/2013 8:09:19 AMI have but the greatest suggestion for you. ET the videogame. Rumor has it that somewhere in New Mexico there are several million copies of the game buried in a landfill. The game was that bad.
-
Quantum Break! Oh for seventh generation consoles... GTAV.
-
Big Rigs: Over the Road
-
Red Dead Redemption
-
Dark Souls
-
Any of the Bioshock series have choices that influence the ending. I'm halfway through Bioshock Infinite, so I don't know for sure - but the storyline is pretty gripping. Since you have a PS3 - try the Uncharted series and the Last of Us when it comes out.

Edited by Skitzy Skitzo: 6/13/2013 7:19:46 AMHave you not played the Arkham games or Spec Ops?

Dark Souls?
