Hey [spoiler]flood[/spoiler] OffTopic, I just started working out with my brother about 3 weeks ago because I'm obese and didn't feel like being so unhealthy anymore. At the start, I weighed 240 lbs (108 Kg). Now, I have lost 6 lbs (2 Kg) and weigh 234 lbs (106 Kg). I've only gone to the gym (LA Fitness) 3 times so far and I should be going again tomorrow. Pic is me in front of my dirty ass mirror.
Do you exercise? [i]Should[/i] you exercise if you don't already?
