As much as I loved the demo and all that was shown there's only one actual thing that bothers me.
The Devil Walkers "here's my weakspot" mechanic. Now, I know they did this for the scarab in Halo. It worked. The scarab was a massive thing, and it took a bit of shooting (Or a conveniently given rocket) to take out the leg and drop it down for boarding.
That doesn't seem to work with something half to a quarter of the size. Yeah, the battle looked cool, yeah, everyone was hammering it. Now it might be my personal taste in things, but showing your weakspot and stopping cold seems kind of boring to me. blowing it apart bit by bit would be much more satisfying. Or hell, stealing it, if at all possible.
Then there are the healthbars. Again, personal taste. Including a health bar on enemies just seems kinda cruddy. There's more tension in not knowing exactly when an enemy is going to drop. Or when their flaming malfunctioning hull is finally going to give. It would be nice if this bit were merely option.

In the demo I believe that he was over leveled to make it easier to kill enemies especially with the level 200 LMG he got from the fallen.
