So, what did you think?

Looks good
-
I love it!
-
I liked it, it could have been better but for a gameplay reveal it was pretty good.

Edited by Winy: 6/11/2013 3:04:06 AMRipped from other thread:
Loving it. Would've been a bit more impressive if the didn't have, you know, bad people playing the game in front of everyone, it mitigates the epicness that could be displayed.
Watching the gameplay gave me the same feeling as when I watched the demo for Skyrim. It was a feeling of exploration and discovery as well as the uncertainty of victory and the risk of death. Do I think they could have picked better people to play? Yes. Could the level have been more densely populated to show the intensity of the combat system and gameplay in general? Yes. But I'm pretty frickin' happy with what we got.

The graphics were pretty great, the environment was cool, but the skill of the people left alot to be desired.
-
It looked awesome! I just wish that they didn't ruin it with the 'It will be SUCH a better experience on PS4' thing. But the gameplay looked amazing! Can't wait to get my hands on that game!
-
I thought it was 6 players, but they had a lot more than that. Did they mention what PS4 had for exclusives?

Copy paste from another thread:
Both. The game looks beautiful and that shot of Saturn's rings gave me an eyegasm, but the gameplay itself just...it just looked like Borderlands with a new art direction and a sluggish feel too it. I was pretty bored until the public event, which was really awesome, but not unexpected. The end trailer was the highlight for me, really. The gameplay itself looked like something I would have to see more of or play myself to really get into it. To be fair though, I'm definitely looking forward to the sense of scale and adventure. Perhaps it's just a matter of not being able to capture that scale in a 6 minute clip, but I was honestly underwhelmed. It looked great, just not Bungie great.
It didnt blow me away but it looked like alot of fun

Edited by adamj004: 6/11/2013 11:35:26 AMVery nice.
-
It looked visually quite nice, but the gameplay looked sluggish. The public event was a Halo set-piece through and through.
-
Looked like Halo mashed up with Borderlands.
-
I was a bit underwhelmed, but only because I was (mistakenly so) expecting something that would touch on the open-world sense of the world. Game play reveals tend to feel stages and paired with the terrible commentary it was just a little tough for me to leap with joy. Don't get me wrong, I will buy this game and play it to death, but I'm still waiting to see what makes this game stand apart from Borderlands, Defiance or Halo.

Loved it. Saw so much stuff in there. Took stills and wrote down everything I could find. http://www.bungie.net/en-us/Forum/Post?id=60692043&path=1

I thought it started out slow, but once they got to the public event it was looking great. What impressed me most was the lighting effects. When the Ghost was the lone source of light flying through the rafters of the warehouse... that was gorgeous.

The sniper blended in with the grass pretty good
-
Give us a little twirl
-
now that I know its coming out in 2014 im definitely changing my preorder from xbox 360 to xbox one
-
Graphics...doesn't look that "amazing". Sorry Bungie. The rest however, it looks awesome!
-
it was more than i expected
-
It looked great. I feel they could have demoed a better level though. More skyscapes/natural terrain.

Loved it, dying for more info (about space in particular). Some time ago I heard that Peter Dinklage is in Destiny. Is he the VA of the ghost? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Efvno6dSD_o&feature=player_embedded

About the graphics, it does give some kind of wild feel, like a real battle.

Long term exclusive partnership with Sony.... OMG
