So, FOTC = Vanguard?
Back of the FOTC shirt.
I wonder if this means the Vanguard is actually an enemy faction going out of its way to eliminate us from the universe of Destiny?

Well DeeJ's Avatar is the same as the front of that shirt so I'm guessing it can't be anything good. I bought that shirt......I should have gotten the green one -blam!-.

Vanguards are probably a higher tier of Guardian, just as a Paladin is a higher tier of Knight. There's nothing to suggest they are an enemy faction. FOTC is probably just the ruling body of Guardians.
