I usually workout about 4 days in a week, and 3 days of rest. Gonna start running again soon; just been busy recently.
Schedule:
Monday- Upper body (Usually bench, pull-ups, and abs.)
Tuesday- Legs (Squats, circuit training, and abs.)
Wednesday- Rest
Thursday- Mix between Monday and Tuesday
Friday- Rest
Saturday- Usually arms (Mainly bench and another upper upper body workout)
Sunday- Rest
Going to try to incorporate at least two days of running, or some other cardiovascular workout.

Monday: Short run, upper body power, short swim Tuesday: Short bike, lower body power, short swim Wednesday: Recovery swim Thursday: Short run, back/shoulders hypertrophy, short swim Friday: Short bike, legs hypertrophy, long swim Saturday: Arms/Chest hypertrophy Sunday: Long run/rest Training for a half ironman in November. I run/bike in the morning, rest a bit, lift, go to class, then swim. I'll drop a power day if Sunday wasn't enough recovery.
