I don't usually post threads like this, but yeah here goes.
It was my prom last night and there was alcohol involved as per. One of those participating was my ex. She got completely wasted and basically ruined the entire night by hitting the shit of me constantly, saying no one would miss me if I were to leave now, and basically outright claiming she would get me done for r.a.p.e.
I guess it was the alcohol talking but I couldn't sleep for a whole night after that. Been kind of in the dumps this past day. Would appreciate your insight or any stories of sticky situations yourselves have experienced like the one I just did.

Dumbass kids. Why didn't you take advantage of her? You could defend yourself by saying you were drunk too.

Edited by Recon Number 54: 6/8/2013 7:18:58 PMWell, it's the morning after. She's probably a little (to a lot) hung over and may even wonder about some of last night's details. Talk to her, ask her what she remembers, tell her what you remember, and if there are discrpancies, offer that you both meet with friends who were there and agree to hear their recollections of the evening (without attempting to turn it into a "who's right", but rather for both of you to hear how you each/both appeared to others). Then, if a "clear picture" emerges, talk about that picture and how you both interacted and treated each other. Likely, you may both have something to talk about, give and/or accept some explanations or apologies, and try to calmly work out where you go from here (like maybe pre-planning any future outings that may involve alcohol). All of this is dependant on you and her being willing to talk maturely, she's probably your ex for a reason. If that is not possible, then it may be time to consider some distance or time for both/either of you to think.

Don't worry. Thing is, say if she just outright claims -blam!-, there'll be no evidence to meet the standards the law requires to meet a prosecution. And besides, she's your ex. You're not supposed to get on with them exs, no point letting them get to you. If she starts, call her a slut and tell her to -blam!- off. If she goes to hit you, don't be afraid to hit back.

Have you tried talking to her?

Have fun being falsely accused of -blam!- and having the rest of your life ruined when you're put on a watchlist just for being accused. You should probably just kill yourself now.
