Simple question, are you better at remembering the names or faces of people you've met before? I tend to forget names if I don't talk to a person for a very long time, unless I knew them closely, but i'll recognize their face years later even if I had only seen or spoken with them occasionally.

I'm much better at remembering names.
-
You have to identify a face to remember a name, so everyone is better at faces.
-
Both. I can practically remember so hard I'll remember something of yours.
-
Both. I'll have to, considering I give swimming lessons.
-
Faces. It takes me a while to get someone's name, but after enough exposure to their face and name, I'll remember them forever.
-
Faces, but I'm pretty good at both.
-
I've always been terrible with remembering people's names.

If we are talking about people that we meet and see in life, then faces. If we are talking about people in history books, then names....I can't put a face to really old European leaders.
-
Definitely faces. When I meet a new person, I usually have to be reminded of their name a couple times.

Who remembers names better than faces? How is this even a poll?
