American F-15C VS. Russian Federation SU-27

So I have kind of been on a modern air war binge because of DCS (Digital combat simulator) Flaming Cliffs 3 and decided to ask you guys this!
The F-15C and SU-27 are aerial superiority fighters carrying long and short range missiles to deal with air threats. They are largely each others equivalents...with the Su-27 looking awfully familiar...
So Flood who wins?
i realize most of you wouldn't understand the weapons on each plane and there capabilities but at least we can discuss it at the lowest levels of, which looks the most awesome!

So I don't know much and was going to come in here to judge on looks anyway, heh. And on that count I think they're pretty close, both handsome aircraft. I think the SU-27 has a significantly more handsome rear (dat ass) but the F-15 has the edge everywhere else. Neither, however, are as handsome as the sexiest aircraft to ever take to the skies, pictured above. Oh, baby, giggity. BTW I dunno if you've ever studied Korean air combat, but I am now sold that it the most bizarre air war ever fought by the book [url=http://www.amazon.com/Crimson-Sky-Battle-Korea-History/dp/1574888412/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1370650215&sr=8-1&keywords=crimson+sky]Crimson Sky[/url]. The book isn't terrific, but it's easily good enough to recommend. A lot of fun. Makes me want a friggin' Battlefield Korea game.

The F-15 wins, easily. That Russian contraption doesn't stand a chance. These jets don't look the same, the Su-27 looks more like the F-16.

1 ReplyPulling from the innards of my mind all my ancient military aviation knowledge, I believe it's pretty well-established that an SU-27 is superior to an F-15 in terms of maneuverability. Also, the SU-27 looks practically nothing like the F-15.
