Amount of homicides in your area
Soo, just heard that in this week alone, there have been 7 homicides in ESSJ. Pretty crazy.
How many local homicides have occurred around your local area? Surrounding areas?

There was one last year... And maybe another a few years back. Pretty quiet I'd say, normal amount of people die in car crashes/illness though.

There was basically a crime wave here in Seattle last year. Tons of people got shot, including some cops. It was really strange because we don't get much stuff like that.

4 RepliesWe have a pretty low murder rate. Only two people were killed in my city last in 2011. Though to kick 2013 off three bodies have been found in the city next to us. Our city has more of a problem with drugs than murders. Meth labs, dealers, heroine addicts, etc... With the drug use you get a lot of break ins. Which is why I keep my shotgun close at hand. The next city over though, well the city that is on our border has a serious problem with gang crime. We all call it Victimville. Play on words of it's name, "Victorville." There are parts of that town you just do not want to be in late at night. I can handle the rednecks in my town, but Victorville at night is scary.

I live in the North Bay Area/ southern Marin. Damn, we're all white and rich. Basically no crime.
