Have games actually gotten worse?
Or does our nostalgia for the good ol' days make us feel like all the games suck nowadays?
Personally, I think it's a little bit of both.

No. The quality of games has improved if you don't just judge the industry based solely on the top selling games (ie COD and Fifa).
