Have games actually gotten worse?
Or does our nostalgia for the good ol' days make us feel like all the games suck nowadays?
Personally, I think it's a little bit of both.

There are some amazing games now. The problem is that not every new game blows our minds, while we only remember the good games from yesteryear.
