So for those who want it, why can't they opt out?
*puts on devil's advocate hat
People don't want to pay taxes? then let them opt out of all the services the government provides and leave them alone. I'm not sure how they'd be able to live though.....
[spoiler]and if someone wants to kill them then that's their business, they opted out of protection among other things.[/spoiler]
