Yeah, videogames are meant for Straight Christian white men and them only! Who do those gays think they are, wanting to be included into our shooters! What's next? Trannys -blam!- marrying me in game? Down with this post!

Lawl sarcasm? Lets see how many will take the bait. Oh looks like we have one. XD

Straight? Christian? White? Male? I said none of these things. Stereotyping me as such renders your point invalid. Destiny is a shooting game, not the Sims. I want to shoot alien -Blam!-s in the face with my friends, if people want to play house and have their "same sex marriage", they can get The Sims, Second Life (if that's still around), or go live in real life, in a place that allows gay marriage, like New York. Did I ask "Should only White, Straight, Christian people be allowed to marry in Destiny?" No, didn't. You put words like that into my mouth. I admit, I could have used better language, fleshed out my point better, said the things I have said here, but I didn't. For that, I apologize... to the OP. Destiny is an experience we should all be able to enjoy, free from the social issues of the day, and the tensions borne out of them. The inclusion of marriage, gay or straight, in Destiny would beg questions similar to the OP's. We are not meant to create a new person to play as in Destiny, rather, we are ourselves. That's why our guardians have no faces, only helmets, no names, only factions/clans and Gamertags. Marriage, and things like it, are reserved for the real world, or games that imitate the real world, when last I looked, there was no giant alien ball hanging over Puerto Princesa (sp?). Destiny is not meant for such things. And who are you to label me a white straight Christian man? What have these people done to you? Westboro Baptist, and other extremists like them aside, what have they done? Defend and uphold laws and rules for living given by YAHWEH, thousands of years ago. Some, admittedly, are filled with hate for those different than they, but others live out what they believe to be true, passionate about a God they believe will save them from eternal damnation. You label me with a stereotype yet you have little grounds to do so, "On the Internet, no one knows you're a dog" and you, least of all, could know who I am, or what I believe. I never told you, did I? I told the OP, in fewer, coarser words, to leave the real world at the door, so we can enjoy Destiny for what it is, not making it another battleground. You brought the hate into the conversation, not I. And I hope Destiny will be free of issues that divide the community, except for faction wars. I think we can all agree on that. Lol I think he was trolling. Haha I'm with you though. Bungie should avoid this war zone so everyone can enjoy the game properly.

What bungie needs to do is take this post down. Now
