Is Scooby Doo a good Anime?

Hey guys, some of my favorite Anime's are Hyouka, Ghost in The Shell, and Case Closed. I was looking for Anime similar to those, and I was recommended Scooby Doo. Is it a good Anime to watch?

I always thought Mass Effect was a pretty decent anime but the part 3 ending was terrible.
