Can someone explain Ikki Tousen to me?
I just started watching the show last night, 'cause I was bored and so far I don't really get it. There's a few busty teen characters whose panties are constantly being shown (damn fan service) and anyone that seems remotely relevant as a character wears a Magatama earring. And every character talks about fighting.
Can someone explain this series to me? 'Cause I'm genuinely curious as to were this show goes, but I'm very confused.

2 RepliesIts actually history based I think it has something to do with 3 kingdoms fighting over the (Koto Region?) way back when and now in present time the same thing is happening with the 3 main high schools I find it cool how everyone's destiny is the same as their ancestors (who had the same names) and everyone who gets killed gets killed by the same person who killed their ancestors. It was kinda cool it had potential but it was executed poorly.

I cannot honestly say that there is a worthwhile plot to get from the series (or its spinoffs/sequels). However, I never sat down and watched more than ten minutes of the first episode. Something about fighting abilities? If so, you'd be better off with Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple.
