Do you want to know something stupid?
I'm 17 I can play rated M games but I can't watch a YouTube video of an M rated game. For example I try to watch something on CallOFDuty's channel and it wont let me. WTF?

I had that problem too. But then I became 18. THANK GOD FOR THAT. Or I'd just try to go to some other website to watch it.
