Lesson 2: MOTHAFACKIN' LEADERSHIP
Once there was a man, Army Lieutenant Colonel Dave Grossman and he said something that can explain humans perfectly when it comes to leadership. He said that people can be put into 3 groups. The sheep, the sheepdogs, and the wolves.
The Sheep:
Most people are sheep, docile creatures who are usually gentle and kind. The only problem with sheep is that they need leadership to operate properly and they are always vulnerable. Like real sheep the need to be herder (guided) and protected. Although sheep usually try to do the right thing they often need help doing so because they simply aren't leaders. If they have no leadership they fall apart, simple as that.
The Sheepdogs:
Sheepdogs are the protectors and leaders of society (Police, military, government, etc...). They can rule but rule well, no need for brutality and aggression. Sheep dogs are what you want to be, the strong, moral leaders of society who know how to take charge.
The Wolves:
Wolves are the hyper-aggressive scumbags of society, in other words the criminals. Although they can be leaders as well they are usually harsher (Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Mao Zedong, etc...). Wolves are a very low in numbers but extremely dangerous. They harm the "sheep" and make life harder for the "Sheepdogs". The wolves are the enemy of the "Sheepdogs"
Now flood, I expect you all to be the "Sheepdogs" of society. The manliest men are the protectors of the people, not their enemies. "Speak softly and carry a big stick"
Note: If you choose not to be a manly man you will be incinerated.
