It doesn't matter, it's really a personal choice, but I'd say you should only let it happen once YOU want it to happen and are ready. One should never ever take their partner's stance into consideration, either. Only when both people have decided that they do want to have sex, should it be had. I -blam!-ing hate pushy scumbags who make it about them and get someone who isn't ready to sleep with them out of pity or a desire to please or worse, in fear of rejection.
