The Seven Seraphs Sniper Unit will be primarily on the X-box 360 or 720 (Depending on if Destiny is compatible with the console), but if you play the PS3 or PS4 you can still join and be apart of this unit in that console. There is no limit to the amount of members at this point in time it will depend on how Destiny plays in game.
