LotR plot hole (yes, the eagles)
Okay, so the eagles refused to fly Frodo to Mt. Doom with the ring because of the risk of corruption. So why didn't they give a shit about flying Bilbo & co. away from those goblins/wolves when [i]he[/i] had it?

1 ReplyIt wasn't so much fear of corruption, more fear of Mordor and those mean-ass Ringwraiths and it being a lot more trouble than it's worth in their view.
