Wide Array of Weapons
I remember back when I played the first Halo an remembered that the biggest reason why I wasn't too hyped up on it was because the weapons selection was small and not as innovative. I thought Halo 4 did a great job on adding more creative weapons and would love to see Destiny take its weapon selection to great heights. I mean look at Turok 2: Seeds of Evil; old game, but great creativity, look at Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter, the selection is huge an look at Deadspace 3, the customization. Their is so much inspiration in all of the above so I think it would be great to see some clever weapons.
P.S. I really want a futuristic bow an arrow set up, mainly so I can see arrows sticking out of my victims, no gamer can say it's not dope to see that, especially when it's a shot to the face!!!! :D

I would want something like Super-good advice, as my choice of weapons would be: Mini-gun/Large Machine Gun-type-thing... Some kind of missile launcher...

I want thorn! But what I'm not sure about is how gathering loot will work. Will it be automatically shared out? Will you have to grab what you want as quickly as possible? Does it depend on how much you did? Or maybe everyone gets the same loot. If I go to get thorn with a bunch of my friends, I want to know how the loot works.

1 ReplyI would definitely love to see many different types of weapons and be able to use the weapons from the alien races. Also great freedom in customizing your weapon to how you want it.

Deus Ex had some good customizations; I bought every single damage upgrade I could find, and applied all of them to the pistol. It was wicked, especially with the armor piercing upgrade, silencer, laser, extended clip, etc. make it so that players can choose to invest their time in upgrading their weapons to the maximum potential that, and a Pico with a laser attached to his head

8 RepliesI'm actually hoping they tone down the weapons to a small sand box in competitive mp, creating a tightly balanced experience and allowing for map control. In campaign, based on the weapon screens at GDc, I don't think we'll need to worry about a wide variety of weapons.
