Edited by DragonzZilla: 5/5/2013 6:08:17 AMThe COG didn't use the Hammer every time because one, they would need a targeting laser in pristine condition (which is a challenge in and on itself) and they're at the mercy of passing satellites. If a satellite isn't nearby, no Hammer. Plus, would you really need the Hammer to kill a few drones? Because if every game, movie or show used logic, it would be awfully boring.
