It seems to be rather beneficial to your own health to have someone that you can direct all of your hatred to. Someone that's really so worthless, that everything they do is wrong. Someone that you are easily much better than.
So, is it healthy to hate someone?

Right now there's no one relevant in my life who I don't really like, no one worth hating. Usually is the case for me.
