It seems to be rather beneficial to your own health to have someone that you can direct all of your hatred to. Someone that's really so worthless, that everything they do is wrong. Someone that you are easily much better than.
So, is it healthy to hate someone?
Be polite, be professional, but have a plan to kill everybody you meet. ~ James Mattis
thats my motto, while being polite and professional is important, hating someone is human nature. there's nothing wrong with that, just dont act on that hate

Edited by VerticalGradient: 5/4/2013 1:26:49 AMI dunno. Probably isn't. Me, I just hate the world, a little bit. Not really anyone in particular. So the way I think of it, it's not even really hate. Right now there's no one relevant in my life who I don't really like, no one worth hating. Usually is the case for me.

Edited by Recon Number 54: 5/4/2013 1:25:29 AMSeems like a lot of wasted time and energy to me. If there is someone who I know and consider them "worth hating"? I make it a point to not put myself into a position where I have to revisit and renew my hatred. In other words, it's a pretty big planet and I try to find a place where they're not likely to be.

You should try to be polite to everyone you meet. That's what a gentleman does.

No, if they are worthless to you then they are not worth any emotion, positive or negative. Hate will only drag you down in the end.

I prefer to strongly dislike innocent little animals.

It's healthy to be angry in general. I HATE ALL OF YOU!
