I am a student who applied for summer jobs and I got an interview with a company I really wanted and was offered a job by another company which I dont mind but I really want to work for the other company. My interview was two days ago for the company which I liked, and still got no response. They don't have my email, and they contacted me through my cell phone. So my question is, do they notify you if you didn't get a summer position at their company? Or do they just not message or call you at all? Thanks in advance.

Depends on the place. Give them a call.

Show some balls and call them yourself. Even if you get "no decision" make sure you ask enough questions to know when one would be formed, and when you should ring back next. I would try to contact applicants ... but often there will be 50+, and if they do not get through on the first call (even if that is down to dialing the wrong number) you may be left waiting. You also need to remember that the standard of some applicants, even just the lack of a individualized covering letter, is soul destroying. Offer the potential boss some light ... show some interest/initiative and make the call.

Depends. I've only been rejected once, but they did call me to tell me they had chosen one of the the others (I found out I placed second of the final three).

I haven't applied at wherever you're talking about, so I have no idea.

Nope, a lot of the time the silence is a no.

No. I applied for two jobs and got rejected by one of them. If they don't contact you, they don't want you.

You usually get a notification to say whether you got it or not.

They're absence of notification is their notification that "-blam!- you" as it were.

No, they either call you or they don't.
