I miss the old Halo days when I would always see people playing Halo 3 and when it had such a large population on Xbox Live. I think this was back when gaming was gaming and was less about how much money a company made. Halo 3 matchmaking was so much fun along with custom games, those were some of my favorite moments on Xbox Live. But honestly though, COD4 wasn't that bad, I had some fun with it, I think its when MW2 came around that it turned COD crap. IMO Halo in the hands of 343i I really don't see it going anywhere anymore, it seems too much like a COD clone. But like what Lord of Admirals said "All empires come to an end" I couldn't agree more with this. The Romans, Greeks ect. all fell at some point. But that does not mean they are forgotten :). We still study and learn about empires just like we still play and reflect on Bungie's Halo. I love Halo and miss what it once was, but I think its time to move on to Destiny, but Halo will still be my all time favorite game, Bungie's Halo that is.
