i want to get into lifting
edit:looking for recommendations of decent dumbells to buy and use...hence brand.

I used to until my chemistry class got hard.

Edited by NoScopeLex: 4/27/2013 4:19:14 AMI lift marshmellows on a stick, if that counts.
-
>USAF 2nd lieutenant Yeah... I lift...
-
Does lifting the rest of her body while Berzerk Commando takes her severed legs count?
-
Yes, I do lift. But why the hell would the brand of dumbbells matter to you? It's just heavy weight. Just get a pair for everything between 15lbs to 35lbs (in 5 lbs increments) and you should do good for quite a while.
-
Just my own body.
-
Does lifting your moms legs over my head count?
-
Get a gym membership and watch youtube tutorials.
-
yes i love lifting i am going to be a bodybuilder. srs how old are you and how much do you weigh?
-
Sometimes we do weights in track, but not too often. I enjoy it when we do it, though.

Edited by Spartan Palmer: 4/27/2013 3:09:33 AMI don't, but I still do pushups. On a good day I can do 20 straight. I weigh 180 so I guess I could lift 180?

>Brand of dumbbells WAT. It's cast iron. Why the hell does it matter?
-
I've been wanting to get into lifting too.
-
I make sure my bells are moderately intelligent, thank you very much. In all seriousness, no, I don't even lift.

I have the variable weights. For simple use, they work very well. They adjust from 5 lbs (just the handle) to 50lbs (all the plates). I got them for $50 at Sears.
