What does a game's soundtrack mean to you?

Do you think that soundtracks are so important that they make or break AAA games? Or do you think that soundtracks are an addtional extra to the game? I think they make or break AAA games such as Halo, CoD, Elder Scrolls, and Assassin's Creed. Examples 1. Halo (Never Forget) 2. CoD (Code of Conduct) 3. Elder Scrolls (Morrowind theme) 4. Assassin's Creed (Ezio's Family) 5. Destiny (I'm loving it so far) What's your opinion?

 • You have to have an amazing soundtrack. It can make or break a game. I couldn't see any of the games I have without their great music as well. It sets the vibe for the game, and without it, a gamer's experience would not be the same. Soundtracks definitely make or break a game :)
